Lexington Law recently dropped a bit of a bombshell on the way most people think about hiring and staffing. One aspect of the study found that workers in the U.S. are twice as likely to value things like company culture and growth opportunities over salary when considering an opportunity. Even more shocking—60 percent of American workers stated they would take half their current salary for a job they love.
Full disclosure: we weren’t quite as shocked as those who don’t work in the world of recruiting.
