Blake Hoogland is gpac’s Director of Strategic Growth.
Blake is currently in charge of the leadership and development of teams at gpac, working with them to expand gpac’s overall footprint while building out powerful teams of recruiters in new and growing industries nationwide. He aspires to motivate all teams with gpac to build out our company brand and help clients find talent to fill urgent needs.
Starting as a recruiter at gpac back in 2009, Blake specialized in placing qualified individuals in the Business Accounting industry. Through the years, he challenged himself to be more productive until he mastered the art of recruiting. Seven years later, Blake was offered the leadership of a team of recruiters for the Public Accounting and Legal Services, where he became passionate about guiding and pushing pac members to improve. After building a strong and efficient team, the time for him to keep evolving arrived, making him a Regional Director in 2020 and now, a leader for company-wide growth.
He graduated as a Business Administrator from the University of South Dakota and started his career for a financial services company, where he gained phone experience in the sales area.
