Chad Feldman

As part of the leadership board at gpac, Chad oversees the operations in all departments of the business, talking with every department’s heads and making decisions with them to cause growth for gpac and everyone that’s in the business. He stays close with everyone to think of ways to improve processes and systems to ensure gpac gives everyone the best shot to be successful. His focus is to add structure and organization to this dynamic office; Chad works hard toward strong business development, team building, and accountability.

Chad recruited at gpac back in 1996 for the Computer IT and Agriculture industries, learning about the recruitment industry from the best. After getting his master’s degree, he dedicated his career for over 11 years in pharmaceutical sales. His appetite for growth made him join gpac again in 2010 in a coaching role and continue evolving over the years with more responsibilities until having the opportunity of becoming a COO.

He has a passion for the business, constantly challenging himself with the right mental attitude that causes growth within himself, everyone surrounding him, and the company. Chad firmly believes that when you do something that you love with people you love, it doesn’t seem like work.

Chad has a Bachelor of Science from Bemidji State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Dakota. At the University of North Dakota, he was a graduate assistant coach for the men’s basketball team, where he recruited, coached, video prep, and assisted with summer basketball camps.
