Dave Good

Advisory Board

Dave Good

Dave Good and his brother, Bob Good, were the Founding Fathers of the firm in 1990. Dave’s sons were groomed early on in the business to become the next generation of Goods to take over. Dave is now on the Board of Directors and shares ownership in the company with his wife and sons.

Dave has been a great advisor to his sons and has a keen eye like no other when it comes to managing a business and seeing any weak links in the chain.  He enjoys the fruit of his labor sharing his years of experience and helping the company to grow to build strong teams that will match with gpac’s culture.

Prior to gpac, Dave dedicated several years in the insurance industry until he decided he wanted to make a change in his career. This is how Dave and his family discovered the recruitment industry and decided to start their own recruiting firm. They worked hard to build the company and laid gpac’s foundations to have a strong company.

When he was younger, Dave was very involved in sports and always challenged himself every day. With gpac, his perseverance didn’t change. Even today, Dave wakes up with the challenge of becoming a better version of himself, learning constantly, and sharing his experience with everyone at gpac to help everyone grow personally and professionally.

Aside from the business, you will find that Dave’s greatest interests lie in his music.  He plays guitar and sings whenever he can.  It’s his passion.  He also loves to hit the gym everyday, and he probably can outdo many of the guys half his age, pushing himself to be the best that he can be.

Dave is an inspiration to the gpac family, and they take Dave’s mission to work hard and become the best recruitment firm there has ever been.  The work ethic and culture is what sets gpac apart from the rest.
