Sergio Valladares

Sergio joined gpac with the intention to accelerate gpac’s digital vision.

Sergio’s currently leading gpac’s Tech Hub team in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, where digital solutions are designed and built based on holistic methods such as Design Thinking, Lateral Thinking, and Systems Thinking. Also, their team helps the pac with all of their IT needs. Sergio’s goal is to streamline the recruiter’s work and boost gpac’s growth.

He has gathered a team of innovative people inspired in creating top-notch tools for the recruitment industry. With his experience, he aims to improve gpac’s processes, operations, and communication channels (both internal and external) by the automation of daily recruitment activities done by the pac members.

Sergio has a degree in Communications from the UNAM in Mexico City and a master’s in Digital Communications from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He also counts with numerous certifications in Design Thinking, Scrum Mastering, Technology Business Management, and more. With his experience designing, promoting, and implementing IT and digital strategies for over 25 years, he and his team have become key contributors to gpac’s evolution.
