Jacob Spade is one of the Regional Directors at gpac. 

Jacob leads and coordinates several teams in the company specialized in different industries. He teaches and shares his experience with other pac members and keeps them updated with the latest information about the industries across the country. He enjoys motivating his teams and watching them break their limits.

His journey at gpac started in 2015 as a recruiter specialized in the agriculture industry, where he decided to become an expert in the recruitment industry and made his way through the business to accomplish his goals. He never held back when it came to learning.

Within just five years, Jacob grew exponentially in the recruiting industry. He became Regional Director of gpac, full of new experiences and responsibilities, which helped him achieve personal and professional goals. Jacob always challenges himself to become better than the day before. He became a strong team member and a reliable pac member everyone at gpac can count on if they need advice.

Jacob graduated from the University of Sioux Falls with a degree in Elementary Education.
