After being displaced due to the Covid-19 pandemic, she reevaluated her professional path and explored new alternatives. She convinced herself that the next step in her career was building her own business, and as a matter of faith, she ran into gpac and the possibility of working as a recruiter.
Even though she had no direct experience as a recruiter, her background in marketing, project management, and insurance sharpened her skill set to get a head start in his recruitment career.
Jana's attitude and conviction depict the Alpha Pac mindset. Despite the obstacles, she always stayed motivated and on the road toward success. Her proactiveness and mental fortitude allow her to transition through the ups and downs of this craft. Her trust in the process allowed her to experience the flexibility and financial freedom of a remote career with gpac.
One of the rewards she most enjoys of being a recruiter is the fulfillment of helping others. Not only hiring managers and candidates but also the people in her charge now that she's in a coaching position. As the head of a team, she seeks to set a strong foundation to lead her recruiters to the Alpha Pac status.
Positivity, coachability, and teamwork are the pillars of her team. She aims to have an organized, proficient team that's always aware of the urgent tasks, that's the gpac way.
