Alan McMillen

Alan McMillen, the result of perseverance.

Mastering the healthcare industry, Alan’s main motivation is to help improve the financial stability, work-life balance, and overall quality of life for others. He’s committed to showing his team that there’s more to look forward to in their career than a monotonous cycle. 

After working as a Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead in the Escalations department of a financial services company, in 2013, Alan decided to join gpac as a recruiter. With gpac, he found his true passion.

Alan gained lots of experience by soaking up information and verbiage from the company’s top producers and leadership team throughout the years. He used his skills as a recruiter to rise in the company and transitioned into a coaching role. As a coach, he develops new and existing company members and encourages strong relationships between his recruiters and their candidates and companies.

Alan graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Double Major in Psychology & Human Development.
