Brock is building a team of local and remote recruiters focused on the medical devices, truss, firearms/ammunition, pulp & paper and mechanical fields. He is committed to improve his recruitment process every day so he can later specialize in more industries.
Back in 2019, Brock started recruiting at gpac for the manufacturing industry and branched off into the building materials industry. Once he had mastered the art of recruiting, the natural progression for him was to become a coach and start building a team. Teaching others and helping them succeed has always been a highlight for him.
After 12 years in the restaurant world and another 11 years in the jewelry retail, Brock originally found it interesting and challenging to go from communicating with strangers on a face-to-face basis, to having phone conversations with them, but he quickly made himself feel at home at gpac.
Brock has an associate degree in Applied Horticulture from Southeast Tech. He’s also an Accredited Jewelry professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
