With a thorough expertise in the Legal Services industry, Weylin is driven to take his team to the next level and accomplish their goals every day while building an environment where they’re determined to grow.

His previous experience selling cars gave him the energy to stay focused on everything he does. As a former QA Software Tester, he’s very aware of doing things the right way and working until getting the job done. When Weylin decided it was time for him to change his career, he joined the pac, where he learned the importance of connections and quickly made his way through the recruitment industry, getting an unlimited potential that has made him enjoy his life to the fullest.

When Weylin started at gpac, he took all the shots and followed the recruitment process for two years until he became a coach. He was excited about encouraging the pac, sharing his knowledge in the industry and helping more people grow in the business. His will to succeed and help his team overcome their challenges is what has always kept him motivated.
