After joining gpac in 2003 as a receptionist, Jane’s responsibilities started to grow in the business and quickly took part in the Send Out and Fee Agreement process. Her efficiency let her evolve in gpac, and since 2018 she’s been in charge of upper management activities.
Jane has achieved personal and professional objectives by working with all gpac’s offices and staff to help them meet their goals by providing the tools, thereby making others successful and developing strong interpersonal relationships.
She began her Sales Career as responsible for selling Tax Shelter Annuities to Non-Profit organizations. After three years, she accepted a position in another company as a Supervisor, where she was responsible for hiring and placing temporary employees at customer locations. Jane was promoted to Manager of that same organization and spent the next fourteen years in outside sales. Additional responsibilities included staff supervision, yearly budgets, and quarterly recognitions. During her tenure, she took that company to the number one temporary service in Sioux Falls, out of thirteen competitors.
Jane received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in English from Sioux Falls College, now known as The University of Sioux Falls.
