Jason Lawrenson

Joining gpac in 2002, he started working on a team that focused on the construction and agronomy industries. Like most individuals who start out in this business, Jason was eager to succeed quickly but soon learned that there are no short cuts or fast tracks to victory in the recruiting business.

Jason continued to run a desk and keep developing his career in the recruitment business until the end of 2006, where he was given the opportunity to be part of the new push for growth.

Accepting the challenge to build and lead a team of recruiters, he stayed determined to make a change for gpac. Jason enjoyed the role of hiring, training, and teaching others the business that he loved so much. As the company has continued to grow, Jason was moved into the Director of Production-Development role in 2018.

Jason works directly with gpac’s Regional Directors and coaches to expand and grow the business. His primary focus is to hire, train, teach, and develop coaches, teams, and recruiters within multiple industries nationwide. gpac’s short term mission is to expand gpac’s footprint and brand globally and grow the team to more coaches and recruiters across the country.
