Matt Good

Principal Shareholder / Vice Chairman of Board

Matt Good

Shortly after joining the family-owned company in 1998, Matt realized that there was an exciting opportunity to build a framework to grow the firm. He’s helped build the company on an exceptional foundation, the knowledge and subject matter expertise was superb, and the industry was vast.

In 2002, Matt, along with co-owner and CEO Ryan Good, put their heads together and lined up their vision to grow the company.

The transformation over the years has gone one step at a time. The first step was the master the art of recruiting and top-notch service. From there, he tackled the challenge of leadership development within the company. Upon mastering the art of teaching others and essentially teaching others to teach others, Matt and the team strategically re-branded and began building gpac’s platform, embracing digital transformation. Along the way, the development of key people, the adoption of technology, a commitment to the basics, and an overall strengths-based approach to leadership have been key focal points in Matt’s mission and purpose to the company.

Today, the vision he has for gpac is more of a technology-focused company that operates in the recruiting space. Maintaining gpac’s core foundation strong as ever; his commitment to quality and service hasn’t wavered. The brand, in its simplest form, is to share and care for this wonderful industry.

His focus has always been and remains at recognizing the opportunity for the gpac family and carving paths to stay as modern and fresh as possible. As servant leaders, Matt and the entire leadership team feel that it is their responsibility to be the best versions of themselves and give their best to the company so that each and everyone has the greatest opportunity to succeed, not only at gpac in life.

Matt graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with dual degrees in International Business and Spanish.
