As the CEO of gpac, Ryan focuses on sharing everything he has learned—and keeps learning—in the recruitment industry to the team to become passionate about what they do the same way he does and help the business grow.
Once he graduated from college in 1995, Ryan decided to take the path of recruitment and join gpac. He recruited in multiple industries throughout the years and made tremendous progress while learning everything about the industry. Ryan’s path in the business started by understanding everything about recruitment and gpac’s craft. When he began accomplishing bigger goals, he began having more challenges and responsibilities that led his career to the leadership team, making decisions with the team to help gpac grow.
In 2002, Ryan Good and Matt Good decided to make a change for the company. Together, they started working on building a team that matched with this new vision to help gpac development evolve, using the latest tools and technology to improve the recruitment process and provide better and faster solutions for candidates and companies. Ryan has helped the business establishing and sharing the gpac’s culture. His vision is focused on growing gpac to become one of the top recruitment platforms globally, with a strong team committed to providing an excellent recruitment service for candidates and companies from different industries.
Considered the Michael Jordan of the recruitment world, Ryan’s hard work and commitment let him grow in the business until becoming the top international recruiter multiple years in the industry’s largest recruiting franchise, out of 6,000 recruiters worldwide. Ryan has achieved numerous of the highest awards possible within the MRI Network, such as the #1 Account Executive, International in 2004 and 2005, the Top 5 MRI Network office (out of 700+ offices) from 2007-2015 (during time with the network), among others.
He has a relentless pursuit of greatness and hunger for growth. He believes you are moving forwards or backwards in life. His competitive spirit and will to always do what is right, creates massive urgency and commitment for excellence.
Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Bemidji State University.
