Shea and his team oversee the initial training program for new recruiters as well as the on-going development of recruiters and coaches already at gpac with progressing tools and skills as the industry evolves.
He joined the pac back in 2005, working as a recruiter for six years. He gained knowledge and quickly become an expert in the recruitment industry. Shea later moved into a coaching role, where he led and developed a team of recruiters working for various industries nationwide. His motivation to teach recruiters about the industry gave him the opportunity to join the Training team in 2019 as Director of the department.
He has built a culture of passionate, successful recruiters who deliver results for their clients. Empowering them to recognize their full potential for personal and professional success has always been a strong driver for him. As a Coach, Shea worked directly with several recruiters who were consistently ranked in the top 10% of all recruiters at gpac, many of which have evolved into the coaching role themselves and share their knowledge and passion for the business with others.
